Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Henderson, NV.
When I decided to move to Vegas I had first wanted a rental just to check things out and figure out where I wanted to live. It didn't take long for me to figure out how much money I'd be wasting on rent and told her I wanted a house. She worked hard to find me what I wanted, she never pushed me to look in areas of the city I didn't want to be in. She sent me listings every evening and set up appointments for the homes I thought might work. It took some time but she did find my home. I am proud to call Carla my realtor. She took care of everything once I found the listing I wanted. I have recommended her to others and will continue to do so.

We used Carla to help us find a rental home in the area we wanted to be in. We spoke with her several times before we even started looking. She helped us identify the best time for our situation to look for a rental home. My wife and I felt like we had a realtor who cared about our situation and made extra efforts to make sure that even if she was unable to take us to see a home due to unexpected circumstances, she had someone else take us. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, she was honest, fun, optimistic and just really raised our spirits while house hunting! Carla Hardcastle super agent and I do mean Super, well ok she can't fly, but she must have her cape hidden from site because she gets the job done when other mere mortal agents failed to do believe me we've tried, she made the impossible seem possible from the start like I said, a super agent, if she sees an obstacle it's eliminated and when she sees a potential target she strikes so yes for me and my family she's our super agent extraordinaire and I'm happy to say new family friend.
